Goals - Vision of Thermostahl Solar
The first objective of Thermostahl Solar is to expand in the field of hot water production (solar systems), requested at the first half of each year. In this way it covers the full activity of the plants in all months of the year, thus increasing the size of the business.- The second objective is to increase exports, the presence at international exhibitions and the promotion of products abroad.
- The third purpose of Thermostahl Solar is a branch based in Athens to better serve customers in Southern Greece.

SALVAGNINI Machinery
Thermostahl Solar has the most modern equipment of European boiler industry.Apart from conventional cutters and treatment of steel sheets having an automatic welding line (schweibstrabe) German CLOOS, comprising two robotic systems. For the production of the covers also has an automatic line of the famous house SALVAGNINI consisting of PUNCHING S4 and BENDING P4.
The quality of the individual components that make up the boilers and solar systems are comparable modern major industries of Western Europe.
History of Thermostahl Solar
1962 Ιδρύεται η εταιρία με τον διακριτό τίτλο «ΒΙΟΘΕΡΜ» από τον μηχανολόγο Ματσιό Μιλτιάδη. Αρχικά κατασκευάζει χαλύβδινους λέβητες ύδατος για καύση ακαθάρτου πετρελαίου, μαζούτ και αργότερα πετρελαίου.
1970 Η εταιρία αποκτά μια σημαντική παρουσία στο χώρο της Βορείου Ελλάδος με πωλήσεις σε κτηριακά συγκροτήματα, νοσοκομεία, βιομηχανικά συγκροτήματα κ.ά.
1985 Η εταιρία μετονομάζεται σε TΗERMOSTAHL Ο.Ε. υπό την διεύθυνση του Διονυσίου και Χριστόδουλου Ματσιού. Σχεδιάζονται νέοι εξελιγμένοι τύποι λεβήτων και αυτόνομες μονάδες κεντρικής θέρμανσης.
1990 Κατασκευάζεται η νέα μονάδα παραγωγής λεβήτων στην Ν. Αγχίαλο Θεσσαλονίκης. Στο εργοστάσιο εγκαθίστανται σύγχρονα μηχανήματα που επιφέρουν αύξηση της παραγωγικότητας και μείωση του κόστους. Η παραγωγή ανέρχεται στους 3000 λέβητες, ενώ παράλληλα αρχίζουν και οι πρώτες εξαγωγές στις χώρες των Βαλκανίων.
1995 Η εταιρία Θερμοστάλ Α.Ε.Β.Ε. αποκτά με τον χρόνο εξειδίκευση επενδύοντας συνεχώς τα κέρδη της. Παράλληλα αυξάνει τον όγκο εργασιών της και ασχολείται εκτός από την κατασκευή και με το εμπόριο. Εισάγει προϊόντα ειδών θέρμανσης (θερμαντικά σώματα, μαντεμένιους λέβητες και καυστήρες) και τα διαθέτει στο πελατολόγιο σε ολόκληρη την Ελλάδα.
1997 Η εταιρία έχει ήδη αποκτήσει σημαντικό μέγεθος και βλέποντας τις ευκαιρίες που δημιουργούνται στον χώρο βόρεια της Ελλάδας (ΝΑ Ευρώπη) διαισθάνεται την ανάγκη να αποκτήσει εξωστρέφεια. Για αυτό το λόγο αποφασίζει να ιδρύσει επιχείρηση στη Ρουμανία.
1998 Ιδρύεται η Θερμοσταλ Romania SRL. Αγοράζεται οικόπεδο στο Βουκουρέστι. Ξεκινά ένα πλάνο απόκτησης ιδιόκτητων εγκαταστάσεων με στόχο την είσοδο στη ρουμάνικη αγορά και την εξάπλωση σε γειτονικές χώρες.
2000 Εκσυγχρονίζεται το εργοστάσιο στη Θεσσαλονίκη, επενδύονται κεφάλαια ύψους 3 εκ. € με στόχο την καθετοποίηση της παραγωγής και την εξοικονόμηση εργατικού κόστους.
2001 Ολοκληρώνεται το κτίριο στη Ρουμανία με συνολικούς χώρους 2000 m2. Παράλληλα ιδρύεται η Θερμοσταλ Poland Z.o.o. με έδρα τη Βαρσοβία. Η εταιρία ασχολείται συστηματικά με λέβητες βιομάζας και αποκτά την σχετική τεχνογνωσία.
2005 Η εταιρία λειτουργεί πλέον σαν όμιλος εταιριών δραστηριοποιούμενος στην περιοχή των Βαλκανίων. Οι κοινονικοπολιτικές εξελίξεις στην ευρύτερη περιοχή ευνοούν τις επενδυτικές προσπάθειες και έτσι η επιχείρηση εξελίσσεται θετικά.
