Pellet is a new form of fuel made from wood or biomass and is the perfect solution for heating. It is a renewable source of energy so it is environmentally friendly, with very good calorific value and very low ash levels while being very economical.

 

Thermostahl pellet boilers are the ideal solution for heating with pellet, offer flexibility and user’s independence as they have automatic ignition and operation with electronic burner is compact units with dimensions that fit all boiler-rooms with high efficiency, quiet operation and easy cleaning and maintenance. The silos loaded in each boiler offer the user great independence and autonomy from 5-10 days.

 

With two types of boilers and three combinations with silo, burner and feeding screw are ideal for each house. Pellet Compact boiler is steel with oval combustion chamber and Pellet Star is three passes (3-PASS), steel, low NOx boiler, with efficiency up to 95%.

 

The pellet boilers can be combined with pellet burner and silo and be biouniti compact systems, an integrated heater assembly. PELLET-SAVE BIO UNIT comprises the boiler Pellet Compact, pellet burner with the fuel feeding screw and silo which is positioned at the side of the boiler. Similarly, PELLET BIO-COMPACT UNIT units comprise the same elements as the silo but can be positioned above the boiler by reducing the dimensions of the assembly. This is an ideal solution for small boilers. PELLET-STAR BIO UNIT constitute an integrated assembly, consisting of the boiler Pellet-Star, pellet burner with the fuel feed screw and silo which is positioned at the side of the boiler.
