Gasification boilers are the most modern form of wood boilers because they gasify the woods before burning. The woods are placed in the upper chamber, where they dehumidification and their warm up. The combustion is inversely downwardly to the method of antisense flame whereby gasified wood by forced air flow. Inside of gasification boilers are placed special ceramic plates, fire resistant, for receiving the high thermal loads that reach up to 1200^oC.

 

 

By cracking achieve very high returns and therefore gasification boilers offer economy by 25-30% fuel compared to a conventional wood boiler while the ash percentages are too small. Thermostahl Solar offers two types of gasification wood boilers. PYROGAS boiler has fan from the front of the boiler for the airflow and PYROLYT operated suction exhaust using exhaust suction fan from the back of the boiler.
